Strong organizations harness communications to illuminate the Work & the Why
Effective communications act as the connective tissue of high‑performing organizations.
I embed communications and editorial planning into broader strategy development. When done proactively, complex priorities can be easily converted into progressive, actionable narratives ready to energize and unify audiences, create clarity, and accelerate alignment.

Particularly for external audiences, I view integrated comms as transparency and affinity engines. They
reflect brand culture, demonstrate accountability, and illustrate what we do & why it matters.

I adore this effort. Born out of chaos, it converted obstacles to opportunities.
In 2025, Intermountain Children’s Health unified services across the enterprise, a vital but disruptive operational change that eroded existing sense of belonging and operational clarity.

This communications strategy was my response. It intentionally utilized simple, progressive messaging to build shared trust and enthusiasm, helping convert challenges into confidence.

Intermountain Children’s Health's legacy internal communications systems were severely outdated (think Outlook!) and siloed, causing fragmented experiences and inconsistent direction.
We built a unified ecosystem that prioritized modernity, consistency, and user-centered design to  transform caregiver awareness, engagement, and cohesion.

Our 2025 Annual Report brought it all together. Beginning with the voices of executive sponsors, it created a clear, compelling narrative that detailed our purpose, progress, and impact. It braided strategy, outcomes data, human stories, and gratitude to build trust and identify how we're delivering on our mission.
The result informed, inspired, and strengthened confidence in the road ahead.
